These are the best marshmallows EVER! Before I went vegan I made homemade marshmallows with (yuck) gelatin and I thought those were the best...but I was wrong! These are so soft and delicious. The 2 lb bag is very convenient for plopping next to my laptop during study sessions. I keep meaning to make something with them, but they just keep disappearing! :D (They also have the marshmallow seal of approval from my crabby, sweet-toothed old hubby and my discerning almost-4-year-old daughter. Pretty impressive!)

So these are fantastic and worth every penny!!! From what i remember they have the same texture as traditional marshmallows, but taste a million times better. They're so pillowy soft, and not sticky or gummy. Thank you sooooooo much!!!!!

I've been a vegan for over 30 years and yes....I miss marshmallows, these marshmallows are not sickly sweet and have a great texture, better than the non vegan marshmallows! I buy the odd pieces because it's the best value, I don't care that they are not perfect shapes, they're fun the way they are!

These are the best marshmallows we've ever had. The quality of the product is as close to perfection as this snack food can get. This is how a marshmallow should taste. If using to make rice crispy treats, try using less or no butter to get that sticky but not stuck consistency. We love the convenience of buying them in Whole Foods. They're priced right for the amount in each container. Your business solves a need that has been lacking.

I'll be honest, I was more than a little skeptical. So to be scientific, we subjected our order to a battery of tests. First was the stove top 'roasting' test -- we skewered the 'marshmallow' and held it above our stove top, and lo and behold -- the stuff swelled, toasted, and built up a nice crust. It even smelled like burnt marshmallow! Pass. Next, was the microwave test. 20 seconds inside a glass cup. After about five seconds, it began to puff up and balloon. Pass also. The taste test was a joint effort between my wife and I -- we both consumed and agreed it was on par with, or perhaps even a more 'delicate' version of the traditional marshmallow. Pass here, too. We were therefore very excited, and decided to use them to make our own rice crispie treats -- our final, and perhaps most important test. That didn't turn out so good. They 'mostly' melted like traditional marshmallows, but 'mostly' wasn't good enough -- ultimately it turned into a big gooey mess. We decided to chalk that one up to a fail. Altogether, these are a pretty-close-but-not-perfect substitute for traditional marshmallows. They are good, but expensive - I probably won't order again until the price comes down.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM! My husband finished my last bag when he made me candied sweet potatoes for Thanksgiving, so I just had to order more! Great in hot cocoa, in s'mores with Sweet and Sara Graham Crackers, or by themselves. Thank you Sweet and Sara for making yummy vegan marshmallows and all your other great vegan products!

I was making my Thanksgiving grocery list, when, ACH! my famous (within the family) Sweet Potato Casserole and Waldorf salad needed marshmallows! My vegan and vegetarian son and girlfriend were on their way!!!! I pride myself on making everything but the turkey as vegan friendly that my omnivore family, including grumpy grandpa, can NOT tell the difference!!! Sweet and Sara speedily saved the day!! AND as delicious as ever! Absolutely wonderful!

Great as always

These are the best non-gluten marshmallows around. They are creamy and sweet, melt into gooey deliciousness in hot chocolate, and work just as well for baking. Note: be sure they are tightly sealed when stored in the fridge and they'll last a LONG time. Even if they get a little dried out (mine were not as well-sealed as I thought) they still work well for cooking and melting, they're just not quite as pop-in-your-mouth-able.

Amazing! Fresh taste, perfect texture, superior quality, fantastic service! I am a regular customer and I can't imagine eating any marshmallows but these. My entire family LOVES them! Thank you Sara!

Your vegan marshmallows are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL and they definitely made my roommate and me extremely happy as we had s'mores for the first time in years. We were so riddled with excitement that the person retrieving our package at the mail counter seemed a bit weirded out. And they definitely met (or exceeded) our expectations. Thank you for making something so great!

We have tried some terrible vegan marshmallows. I've had professional chefs tell me there is no way you can make a good, useful vegan marshmallow. I don't know how Sara does it, but she certainly does. My kids -- my picky, picky kids -- love these, both the original version and the rice syrup kind. We buy them in the discounted "irregular-shaped" bags because they are still totally awesome and that way I don't have to hide my stash from the children. There's enough for all!
